We provide comprehensive sustainability support through the planning process, beginning with a detailed planning policy review to identify all relevant local and national requirements and the project-specific drivers they create.
We then prepare clear, evidence-led Sustainability Statements that demonstrate how scheme design is informed by these requirements, covering carbon, energy, water, materials, biodiversity and wider environmental performance.
Where required, we also deliver BREEAM® Pre-Assessments to establish a realistic certification pathway and confirm credits achievable at the planning stage.

Through RIBA Stages 1-2, we translate these into a practical, evidence-led strategy that guides the team’s technical approach.
We can then remain involved to provide continuous strategic oversight, ensuring ambitions are upheld and performance stays on track throughout the project, supported by continuous strategic oversight and reporting to maintain alignment and momentum.
We can provide a suite of asset-related ESG services that help clients understand risk, demonstrate compliance and strengthen long-term asset performance.
This includes assessing developments and portfolios for EU Taxonomy alignment and undertaking rigorous ESG Due Diligence to evaluate environmental, social and governance exposures.
